Join our 55-minute online meeting to hear a brief update on Calgary’s music strategy (Resonant Energies). Meet the West Anthem team (the music strategy champions), then its your turn to take the floor. Share what you’re seeing, raise new priorities, and help guide where we focus next. This is your chance to ensure the strategy keeps pace with our evolving music scene.

Whether you’re new to the strategy, a musician, sound engineer, venue operator or festival organizer —you’re part of Calgary’s music ecosystem and we want you here. Bring your lunch!

Here’s what a session would look like

12:00-12:24 – Intro
We’ll introduce you to West Anthem and a few committee members—meet who is championing this strategy.

12:25-12:55 – Open Mic
We’ll prepare questions and make space to get your impression of your music scene. Share what you’re seeing and tell us where to advocate to keep the strategy current for today! Depending on attendance, we may use breakout rooms. We’ll also provide a link in the event follow-up email for anyone who has more opinions, questions, perspectives, updates, etc. to share after the meeting.
